How Hot Is It?

Channel 7 News Weather Advisory:
"This heat wave should continue through the middle of the week with actual highs reaching 100 to 101 degrees. A heat advisory is in effect for much of the state as the heat index could reach 110 degrees."

Oh joy.

I know you all will think I'm crazy, but I'm jealous. Just one week ... I just want one week of real heat.

All I can say is, thank God for air conditioning. I don't know how people live without it.
Hang in there. . .

oh crap that looks miserable...it would be for me I don't have Air Conditioning..Ha I was going to put AC but then I though you might think I don't have electricity and then I realized you wouldn't have thought that cuz I am typing on a computer. But it could be on battery...doesnt matter. Wear sunscreen and take cold showers.

You could always go Marilyn M and keep your unmentionables in the icebox. Personally, I don't hate my ice cream that much.

It's been warm here, but not like where you are at! I will stop complaining about the 90's.

Seriously. It's just so WRONG. Because you know the worst is yet to come.

Okay, so where have I been? Work. And am limping through catching up on blog reading. I can't really catch up, so am just picking up with new posts. Let me know if I missed anything too good to skip here!

I love the heat, and 100's don't bug me.

Provided I can go back inside after my 20 minutes of laying out.

I'm swooning just thinking about it. Oh, I've got some memories of super high humidity and heat and not one of them is good. Oh. That's kind of a lie. When you're younger, it's like a free pass to spend the whole day floating on the river and drinking tons and tons of beer and generally doing nothing but surviving the heat.

That's okay. Otherwise, it's the opposite of fun.
